Buying a Home
Buying a home can be tough and complex process. As a Real Estate Agent my job is to make your buying process easy and stress-free. My goal is to find the house that meets your criteria. This is how I work with my clients.

Phone/Virtual Consultation
After initial contact, we will have a phone conversation and/or depending upon your level of comfort a virtual meeting via zoom or Facetime. We will have a conversation where I can get some basic information regarding your home search and what is important to you.

Home showings
After the virtual consultation, I will email you detailed information of available homes through a portal, based on your criteria. The next step would be showing selected homes in person.

Offer – Contract – Closing
When ready to make offer on a home, I will guide you through the entire process leading to closing – help you with paperwork, negotiate on your behalf, and guide you through the process. The level of service will be based on our agreement.
